Don started his professional interest in massage with a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and has worked in the health and fitness arena in a variety of ways.  As an athlete and coach, he has always been fascinated with anatomy and physiology and intrigued by the body's structure and how it works.

Don was introduced to the value of soft tissue massage through his own recovery from a personal injury.  Soft tissue massage was a vital component of his healing process and complimented his strengthening therapy.  This experience fueled his deire to gain skill and understanding to share how massage can help people live active/healthy lives and be pain free. 

Don is a life-long learner and athlete.   As an athlete he understands sports massage and how the body responds to training.  Don has extensive experience working with althletes in:

Don teaches anatomy, physiology and massage skills for seveal massage therapy colleges.  He is constantly learning new ways to help the body become pain free and maximize performance.
